Dr. Mustafa SEVINDIK graduated from Gaziantep University, Department of Biology with honorary degree. Gaziantep University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Biology graduate education. Then he studied PhD at the Biology Department of the Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences, Akdeniz University. More than 36 international and national publications are available. There are 50 international and 10 national notifications. There is a section author in one international book. He served on the scientific and organization committee of 5 international congresses. He is the editorial board member of 13 national and international journals. He research interests are Fungal Systematics, Fungal Biotechnology, Medicinal Plants, Environmental Pollution, Medical Mushrooms, Aeromycology, Plant Diseases, Medical Antimicrobials Antioxidants, Experimental Animal and Fungi Breeding.

Taweesak Janyacharoen has completed his PhD in 2009 from Khon Kaen University, Thailand. He is a secretary in Research Center in Back, Neck, Other Joint Pain and Human Performance (BNOJPH), Khon Kaen University, Khon Kaen, Thailand. He has published more than 20 papers in international and Thai journals.

Leelavinothan Pari has completed his Ph.D. Biochemistry from the University of Madras, Chennai. He is a professor of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, India. He has published more than 175 papers in reputed international journals (Citations 9152; h-index 59; i10-index 133).) and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute. Currently, he is actively working on health-promoting Phytochemicals & Diabetes. He has produced 25 Ph.D. and 60 M.Phil. He received many prestigious awards such as DBT-CREST Award (Visiting Professor, Cardiovascular Research Center, University of Glasgow, UK-2013), Commonwealth Academic Professional Fellowship (Visiting Scientist, Institute of Molecular Sciences, University of London, UK-2012), INSA Award (Visiting Scientist, German Diabetes Research Center, Dusseldorf, Germany-2007), Indian Academy of Science Summer Fellowship (Visiting Researcher, Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, India-2006), Indo-Polish Collaborative Research Award (Visiting Professor, Polish Academy of Science, Poland-2005) and DBT Overseas Associateship Award (Visiting Researcher, Division of Biomedical Sciences, Strathclyde University, Glasgow, UK-2004).

Dr. Ko obtained his PhD degree in Pharmacology at the University of Hong Kong Medical School after completion of his undergraduate training at the University of Toronto, Canada with double specialists in Toxicology and Nutritional Sciences. He has been actively involved in many research projects, published over 100 papers in reputed journals and serving as an editorial board member of various journals including those of the Nature Publishing Group. He is currently member of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), European Association for Cancer Research (EACR) and International Union of Basic and Clinical Pharmacology (IUPHAR).

Dr. Hiu Yee KWAN obtained her B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Biology from the Hong Kong University and Ph.D degree in Physiology in the Faculty of Medicine, the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She received her postdoctoral training in the Department of Nutritional Sciences & Toxicology at the University of California, Berkeley, before joining the School. Dr. Kwan develops various research platforms to have new insight into the interplay between obesity and cancer, and discover novel herbal-based target therapeutics to treat cancer, obesity and its comorbid conditions. She has published over 60 research papers, review articles, editorials, and book chapter in the areas of oncology, obesity, nutrition, and vascular biology in prestigious journals like Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS), Circulation Research, Journal of Biological Chemistry, Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences, FASEB J, Journal of Proteome Research, Scientific Reports, The Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry, Molecular Cell, Nature Communication and Cell. Currently, Dr. Kwan is an editorial board member for more than 10 international Journals.
